SHIPPING POLICY

For Pickup at Fore River Gallery: Skip shipping fees and the anticipation of waiting for a delivery! Come stop by the gallery to pick up your new artwork. Please refer to our open hours or schedule an appointment to complete pick-up.

For Shipping:s We will carefully pack and ship your items via the United States Postal Service within 5 business days of the order for many of the orders.

For large or oddly shaped items, we may choose to ship FedEx or UPS and will contact you after your purchase to pay for the shipping. Items needing this extra shipping care will not ship until we have received the payment for shipping.

Your orders will be shipped from Portland, ME.

Fore River Gallery is not responsible for any lost and abandoned packages. In the event of a stolen package, refunds will not be provided. Please ensure a secure shipping location is provided at checkout.

RETURN POLICY

If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, please contact us within 7 calendar days of receiving your order to begin processing your return. Shipping for the initial order is non-refundable. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. All returned items must be in the same condition as it was when we packaged and shipped them. Any item that is in an altered state of condition from when we shipped it, may not be refunded.

In the unfortunate event of goods damaged in transit, Fore River Gallery will accommodate product replacement/and or refund after a claim has been filed with the shipping service. We will work with you to complete the claim. We will need the damaged item shipped back to us to complete the process.
